Brenton Hatch
Brenton Hatch is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Profire Energy and serves as Chairman of its Board of Directors.

During his tenure, he has been instrumental in developing innovative products that have established the company as a leader in oilfield technology. Helping Profire evolve from an Alberta service company to a multinational technology company, his innate vision for success has been influential in acquiring key talent to help grow Profire, and eventually established the company as an industry leader with sales to Shell, Chesapeake, ConocoPhillips, and many others. Profire is now one of the fastest-growing companies in North America, with seven offices in the US and Canada.

Prior to co-founding Profire Energy, Brenton served as a management consultant for Titan Technologies, Inc. He was responsible for analyzing the operations and management of all divisions in the organization, resulting in significant changes to the organization and markedly improved company performance.
Ryan Oviatt
Ryan Oviatt is the Chief Financial Officer of Profire Energy, with responsibility over all finance, accounting, and compliance functions of the Company.

Previously, Ryan was a Senior Manager at Rio Tinto, a publicly-traded, international mining and metals company, where he managed significant company functions, having responsibility over Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, Financial Reporting Analysis, and Special Projects during his 10-years there. Ryan also managed value-tracking and reporting within the company, leading to enhanced cash flow and reduced costs. Additionally, Ryan served on technical committees relating to international tax, finance, and development of a significant Rio Tinto mining operation. He also helped mentor and develop personnel and management.

Prior to Rio Tinto, Ryan was an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he audited both public and private clients, including oil and gas companies. Ryan received his Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Westminster College, and Master Degree in Accountancy from Brigham Young University. Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant in Utah.

Harold Albert
Harold Albert is the co-founder of Profire Energy and serves on its Board of Directors.

Throughout his time at Profire Energy, as a member of the management team, and now as a member of the board he has been a key contributor in designing industry leading products and streamlining operational procedures. With over 25 years in the industry, his knowledge and wisdom have led to some of Profire's most highly sought after products-resulting in sales growth and a deepening relationship with customers.

Prior to co-founding Profire Energy, he worked in the oil services industry for Titan Technologies, Inc. from 1996 to 2002. During that time, he served as an Associate Manager overseeing the company's burner division. From 1993 to 1996 he was employed with Natco Canada doing start up and commissioning of oil and gas facilities in both Canada and Russia.
Daren Shaw
Daren Shaw, Director- Mr. Shaw was appointed to Profire's Board of Directors in 2013. He is a managing director of Investment Banking at D.A. Davidson & Co., a middle-market investment bank and investment brokerage firm with $26 billion of assets under management and offices nationwide. Since joining Davidson in 1997, Mr. Shaw has served as the lead investment banker in a wide variety of transactions, and as a member of D.A. Davidson & Co.'s Senior Management Committee, Commitment Committee, and Board of Directors. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of The Ensign Group (NASDAQ:ENSG), Agri-Services, Inc., and Cadet Manufacturing.

Prior to joining D.A. Davidson & Co. in 1997, Mr. Shaw was a Managing Director at Pacific Crest Securities in Portland, Oregon and a manager in KPMG's private business advisory group. He graduated with a B.A. in Accounting from Utah State University.
Ronald Spoehel
Mr. Spoehel is a private investor with over 30 years of board, executive management, and investment banking experience, from Fortune 500 to technology startups. From 2007 to 2009, he served as the Presidentially-appointed Senate-confirmed Chief Financial Officer of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

Prior to NASA, Mr. Spoehel served as an executive officer in various general management positions and on the Boards of Directors in public and private operating companies. Among various companies with worldwide operations, he has served as EVP-CFO and on the Boards of ManTech International (NASDAQ:MANT) and ICx Technologies, Inc.; as VP-Corporate Development of Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS); and, as CEO and on the Board of Optinel Systems. Mr. Spoehel began his career as an investment banker for ten years primarily focused on energy and technology sectors.

Mr. Spoehel is an honors graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics and MBA from the Wharton School and his Master of Science degree in engineering from the Moore School of Electrical Engineering.
Arlen Crouch
Mr. Crouch served as President and CEO of Franklin Quest Co., now FranklinCovey Co. (NYSE:FC), where he played a key role in the Company's IPO and listing on the NYSE. Prior to his appointment as President and CEO, he served in a variety of senior management roles including COO and Executive VP. At the time Mr. Crouch stepped down in 1997 to serve a three-year assignment in Washington DC for the LDS Church, the Company had a market capitalization in excess of $500 million. Previously he served as a First Vice President and Regional Director of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., with responsibilities for retail operations in the Southern California region. Mr. Crouch has also served as Chair of the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce.
Stephen Pirnat
Stephen Pirnat serves as the Managing Director of Europe, the Middle East and Africa for the Quest Integrity Group of Team Inc. (NYSE:TISI). Mr. Pirnat has held the position of President of Quest Integrated Inc., a technology incubator and boutique private equity firm and President of the newly formed Quest Metrology Group LLC. From February 2000 to September 2009, Mr. Pirnat served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the John Zink Company LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Koch Industries and a worldwide leader in the supply of combustion and air pollution control equipment to the energy industry. Koch Industries is the second-largest private company in America, with approximately $115 billion in revenue, operations in 60 countries and 60,000 employees. In that former capacity, Mr. Pirnat was a board member of Quest Integrity Group.

Mr. Pirnat, a long-time executive with Ingersoll-Rand and Ingersoll-Dresser Corporation (the former reporting about $15 billion in revenues in its last fiscal year), went to John Zink from a previous post as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pangborn Corporation, a leading supplier of surface preparation equipment and associated services to the automotive and aircraft industries. Steve began his career as an applications engineer with the Pump and Condenser Group of Ingersoll-Rand, where he advanced through a variety of sales, marketing, engineering and operational positions with that company and its successor, Ingersoll- Dresser. These positions included Vice President of Ingersoll-Rand's Standard Products Division, Vice President of Marketing for Ingersoll-Dresser Pumps, President of Ingersoll-Dresser Canada Ltd., and Vice President and General Manager of Ingersoll-Rand Engineered Equipment Division. He has been a Director of ClearSign Combustion Inc. since November 2011. Mr. Pirnat holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Meet our management team
Cameron Tidball
Cameron Tidball joined Profire in 2010 and is responsible for Profire's overall sales and marketing strategy. He also oversees initiatives relating to training, forecasting, business development, product development and service delivery.

Prior to this role, Cameron worked for TELUS and managed customer experience initiatives for a network of global call centers. Before his time at TELUS, he was employed at Centrica where he held a Senior Management position managing customer care operations.

Cameron earned a Bachelor of Marketing & Management Science degree from the University of Alberta. He also received a technical diploma in Engineering Design from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
Patrick Fisher
Patrick leads the R&D team at Profire, and is experienced in electronics R&D, new product development/production, field technical support, and quality control.

He previously worked in electronics R&D and production management at Eleven Engineering, where he managed overseas operations.
Jay Fugal
Jay manages various teams at Profire including operations, human resources, employment law/mediation, and compliance training.

Previously he was the Director of Human Resources at Niels Fugal Sons, LLC. He graduated from Utah Valley University, where he studied business management, with an emphasis in human resource management.
Brendan Frank
Brendan Frank has been involved in the oil field combustion industry for the past 15 years. His extensive knowledge and experience provide Profire with strong leadership in its service division.
